Sign in and recover a blocked password
Use the Rent Radar sign-in flow, reset a password safely, and confirm the account can return to the app.
Before you start
This is the clean entry path for every Help Center workflow. If sign-in is unstable, fix that first.
- You know the email address invited into the workspace.
When to use this article
- You are starting a new browser session.
- The app rejects your saved password.
- A teammate needs the fastest supported recovery path.

Complete the sign-in flow

Open the Rent Radar sign-in page.

Enter the invited email address and your current password.

Select Sign In and wait for the next security or scope step.

If prompted for two-factor verification, continue with the code from your authenticator.
Reset the password without losing access context

Select Forgot password from the sign-in form.

Submit the same email address used in the workspace invitation.

Open the reset email, choose a new password, and finish the reset flow.

Return to the sign-in page and test the new password immediately.
Expected result
- You can reach the property selector or the next required security step.
- Your password is updated without creating a second account.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm the email matches the original invitation before resetting anything.
- If the sign-in form succeeds but the app loops away from your page, move to the workspace and access troubleshooting article.
- If no reset email arrives, check spam and confirm the account exists in the correct workspace.
